District to roll out new employment application system Oct. 3
Anoka-Hennepin schools is rolling out a new employment application system, AppliTrack, on Monday, Oct. 3. AppliTrack is a web-based applicant tracking and recruiting software system that helps organizations identify and hire the best candidates.
AppliTrack will bring a host of benefits to applicants and school-based/office administrators, said Sarah Kriewall, director of employee services. “AppliTrack is very user-friendly, intuitive and easy to understand. Candidates will like it because they can go through the application process in stages when they have time and don’t have to try and do it all in one sitting. Administrators will like it because they can get all of a candidate’s information at a glance.”
Other highlights include:
District staff with hiring responsibilities will be trained in on how to use the new AppliTrack system during the month of October. Watch for more information to come from the employee services department. Visit: anoka.k12.mn.us/applitrack for more information.
