Students Receiving Special Education Services
2012-2013 School Year
· All 9-11th grade BHS students will be receiving their Registration materials on Monday, Jan 9th.
· Students should be bringing these materials home for their parents to look at.
If your child receives any type of Special Education classes or services (Support, Essential, Alt Classes etc) please know that this information will NOT be on the regular Registration sheet. Your child’s Case Manager will be meeting with each student and assisting with that process.
· You should still help your child with general class selection and elective choices. They should have an idea of what they want before meeting with their Case Manager.
· You and your student can follow the regular registration process and submit your selections online but Case Managers will be submitting the final Registration information with all the Special Ed course numbers if necessary.
Do not be concerned if your child has not met with their Case Manager before Jan 20th. Since this is an individualized process, Case Managers have an extended deadline to meet with their students and finalize their registration sheets.
