Dear CPHS Families,

Welcome to the 2013-14 school year. The excitement of a new school year is alive and well at Champlin Park High School (CPHS). Elyse and I are amazed at how fast our kids are growing up…a feeling I know many of you can relate to.  Tyler (13) will enter his final year of middle school and Madelyn (10) will enter her final year of elementary school.  Rhys (6) will begin his journey through elementary school as a kindergartener this fall.

At CPHS, we are committed to creating a safe and positive educational environment. We do so in a variety of ways. The combination of a variety of support services, school rules/policies, the visibility of our staff, our focus on connecting with our students, safe places to report concerns and the commitment to support each member of our REBEL family, will continue to cultivate an environment conducive to success.

For the second year in a row we were recognized as a Newsweek Top School in the country along with many additional celebrations.  As a school, our goal is to prepare all students to graduate on time with their class and prepare our students for post-secondary success, as well as for life.  We are committed to providing all students a quality educational experience, which is reflected through our continued efforts to evolve our professional practices.

I am proud to say I am the principal of CPHS and I am honored to serve your family. I appreciate your support and partnership with CPHS as we work to prepare your student(s) for life. If you ever have questions or concerns, please contact me at 763-506-6801 or
