Monday and Wednesday 8:30 - 3:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. This schedule is modified occasionally to accommodate the school calendar or special events. Please don't hesitate to call if an opportunity arises that you would like to be involved in or stop by the office to say "HI" anytime!

 VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORMS & CRIMIMAL HISTORY RELEASE FORMS 2012-2013 Effective January 1, 2013, criminal record history checks will be conducted on the following volunteer assignments. School staff who plan to engage volunteers in any of these activities should notify Volunteer Services Coordinators (VSCs) two weeks in advance so checks can be completed in advance of the activity. 1. Chaperones for fieldtrips and retreats: those occurring during the school day, and those occurring outside the school day. (e.g., Como Zoo, Science Museum, Wolf Ridge retreats) 2. Individuals handling money. (e.g., bookfairs, fundraisers) 3. All coaching, academic or extracurricular, occurring outside of the school day. (required by MN Statute 123B.03) (e.g. Challenge Reading, Robotics, Destination Imagination, Football, Nordic Ski) If you have questions please contact Linda Rodgers (763.506.1282) or Sue Archbold (763.506.1585). If you have not filled out your Volunteer Application Form and/or your Criminal History Release form for the 2012 - 2013 school year, it's never too late or too early. Even if you will not be helping out until a spring event, please take care if this now.
