Volunteer Coordinator News Hello Franklin Volunteers! Just a reminder to please complete a Volunteer Application and Criminal Record History Release Form as soon as possible and return it if you have not done so already. The district requires that new ones be completed each school year AND at each school that you volunteer at BEFORE you are assigned to a volunteer opportunity – this includes chaperoning field trips! The processing time for approval and notification that you can volunteer is approximately 2 weeks. Please plan accordingly so that you can volunteer for events! Remember to sign in when you come in for an assignment. The volunteer sign in cart is located in the main entry and you will need to sign in as volunteer before the office staff will admit you to the building. Record your volunteer time in the volunteer book on your sheet to the nearest quarter hour. Also, please wear a volunteer badge. These are bright florescent in color and make you easily recognizable as a volunteer at Franklin.
