3 EN/BL's School Year

This year students will have TWO teachers each day! 

3EN's classroom (N102):

Math: Math curricululm- Everyday Math

Science: Sun, Moon, and Stars/Sound and Light/Life Structures

Social Studies: Government, Geography, Communities, and Economics

Spelling: New unit on Wednesday and TEST the following Tuesday

3BL's classroom (N101):

Reading/Language:  7 Comprehension Strategies, Literature groups, and independent reading.

Writing:  Realistic Fiction, Narrative, Poetry, and a Friendly Letter.

  ** We will start each day with a DAILY Activity to share, play games, tell jokes, and have fun just being together in a safe, learning environment.  3EN will also work very hard as a group to earn puzzle pieces to complete our "GLOWING REVIEWS" puzzle board.  Reflecting at the end of the week prepares us to share what we have learned with each other, our family, and friends.

  **It is important that I communicate with all 3EN/BL families on a daily basis. Please check your child's assignment notebook each day to view homework and/or a note from me.  Families can send me a note in the notebook too!
