Tonia started as a counselor at Andover High School in November of 2001,  before the school was even open.  Before that she was a counselor at Champlin Park High School.  She also previously taught FACS at Centennial Middle School in Lino Lakes and at Hopkins High School.  She received her school counseling degree from the University of Wisconsin River Falls and also has a Master's degree in Family Education and a Bachelor's in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.

Tara started  as a counselor at Andover High School in 2003.  She previously taught Health and  Driver Education in the District since 1999 .  She earned her Master's degree in School Counseling K-12, and her Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Community Health from St. Cloud State University.  She has also completed classes for Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas and St. Mary's Universities.  

Alycia Skogquist   

 

Alycia has been a  counselor in our school  district since 2001. She worked at Champlin Park High School before coming to Andover in 2005.  She completed her Master's degree in School Counseling K-12 at St. Cloud State University after earning her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Counseling Secretary

Shari Steer    

Shari has been the Counseling Secretary at Andover High School since 2004.  Previously she worked in the district at University Avenue Elementary and McKinley Elementary Schools.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University. 

Phyllis has been at Andover HS since the opening in 2002. Phyllis was previously at Fred Moore Middle School from 1993-2002 and was at Anoka-Hennepin Technical College for one year; 1992-93. She also has 11 years of experience in 2 other metro school districts.
