Madison Elementary Volunteer Program
Anoka-Hennepin School District requires that volunteers complete the application process each school year. This paperwork is necessary if you plan to help in the classroom, attend field trips, or help with evening events like the Spring Carnival and Track & Field Day. Please note: Field trip chaperones, challenge reading and math plus leaders and book fair workers require additional processing by the volunteer coordinator. Please notify Amy Hoseck, Volunteer Coordinator at (763) 506-3340 or email@example.com at least two weeks prior to volunteering for these opportunities.
Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities
Kindergarten Help: We need a volunteer to help in Mrs. Kucinski’s room on Mondays from 10-11.
K-Skillbuilders:This is an exciting new program this year. Volunteers will help kindergarten students practice reading and math skills throughout the school year. Training is required. The next training is scheduled on Tuesday, 1/28: 10 am -12:30 pm. Please contact the volunteer coordinator to sign up for training.
Weekly Packets/Clerical Help: We need volunteers to staple take-home papers on Tuesdays @ 2:30 in the cafeteria. We also have copying, cutting, laminating projects during this time. This is ongoing through the school year so if you could help every week or once/twice per month, please join us!
Classroom Helpers: If you'd like to volunteer for your student's class, please contact the teacher directly.
Thank you for volunteering your time and talent at Madison Elementary. Please let me know if you have any questions!
