Thank you for interest in volunteering at our school.

Prior to volunteering on our campus, you will need to complete both a Volunteer Application Form and a Criminal Record History Release Form.
You will be asked to do this for each school you volunteer at on a yearly basis. Please download and complete the Volunteer Application to begin the process for the 2012-2013 school year. Return your completed form to me via mail or feel free to drop it off at our campus. Please do not fax the forms, as we need an original signature on file.
