Eisenhower Elementary School was built in 1971.We proudly have over 600 children in our Kindergarten through Fifth Grades. Eisenhower is in the Blaine Cluster. We are a cluster site for children receiving ESL services and also offer specialization/integration instruction at grades three through five.

Parents and others are welcome to visit Eisenhower Elementary School provided these visits are within the procedures established by the school district. For safety reasons, all visitors must report to the school office, or sign in with our parent volunteers to receive your visitor's badge. Visitors who wish to meet with or observe teachers should schedule an appointment in advance. It is critical that we maintain the school environment free of activity that may be disruptive to the learning environment. Thank you for your cooperation!

Welcome to Eisenhower Elementary! Our mission at Eisenhower is create a dynamic learning environment for each and every child. Each day I am able to meet and talk with lots of our children and I am constantly amazed by their hard work and dedication. As Principal of Eisenhower for the past three years, I have seen exciting change and monumental strides in the areas of math and reading. I look forward to talking with you during the school year. Our School Song, "Responsible" links directly to our school motto: Eisenhower School - where responsibility achieves success. Our school colors are red, white and blue. The students know their most important job at school is to be responsible learners.

If you or someone you know has experienced harassment, violence, discrimination, or bullying at school or at any school-related event for any reason, you may make a report to have the incident(s) investigated by the school district. Any student, parent/guardian, or district employee may complete this form and return it to any administrator, counselor, or student services advocate.

Effective January 1, 2013, criminal record history checks will be conducted on the following volunteer assignments. School staff who plan to engage volunteers in any of these activities should notify Volunteer Services Coordinators (VSCs) two weeks in advance so checks can be completed in advance of the activity.

1. Chaperones for fieldtrips and retreats: those occurring during the school day, and those occurring outside the school day. (e.g., Como Zoo, Science Museum, Wolf Ridge retreats)

2. Individuals handling money. (e.g., bookfairs, fundraisers)

3. All coaching, academic or extracurricular, occurring outside of the school day. (required by MN Statute 123B.03) (e.g. Challenge Reading, Robotics, Destination Imagination, Football, Nordic Ski)
