Anoka-Hennepin Cares, even after the last school bell rings.

Because our students and families sometimes continue to struggle with issues ranging from basic needs to mental health and our care for them doesn’t end when the last school bell of the year rings, the district will again provide a Community Resource Line - Summer Support. A Community Resource Advocate will be available for people to call to get connected to community resources.  See the cards shown here for more information. (click on cards for a larger image)
