Dear Parents/Guardians, students, community members and faculty;

It is with great pleasure I accept the role as Principal of Champlin Park High School. 
I am a proud graduate of the Anoka-Hennepin School District as well as a community member. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota; my Master's degree and Administrative licensure from St. Mary's University. I began my career with Anoka-Hennepin as a Special Education teacher and for the past 5 years I was an Assistant Principal at Coon Rapids High School.
 
I am a father to three children ages; 10, 7 and 3…and my wife and I are anticipating the birth of our fourth child in January.  We are excited to introduce our family to you and have them grow up as part of the “REBEL family”.
 
As your principal, I am committed to the social, emotional and academic growth of your student.  I am confident that we are on the right path as a school and district based on the continued efforts to maintain our services and programs despite financial strife.  Due to the commitment of the CPHS staff, Anoka-Hennepin District staff, as well as the community, we are making great strides in our schools…one student at a time.

As a community member with children attending Anoka-Hennepin schools, you can trust that I have the best intentions in mind for all students in the district and will do everything in my power to make your experiences here at Champlin Park High School the best they can be.
