Home School Paperwork for the 2014-2015
Due September 15: Request for Aid (Textbook, Health Service & Guidance)
Due October 1: Registration & Enrollment (Full Report or Letter of Intent)
If you are new to home schooling, submit the 'Full Report' form found in 'Learn More' by October 1st. For helpful information click on 'Learn More' and check out our FAQ's page.
First time enrollment in home school requires a Full Report form due by October 1st or at the time the student/s are transitioning from an other school to home school. To continue home schooling an annual Letter of Intent is due by October 1st. A Full Report or Letter of Intent may be submitted via email, fax, mail or drop-off. Both the Full Report and Letter of Intent can be found on our website in the 'Learn More' > 'Forms' link.
If you wish to claim reimbursement monies for the 2014-15 school year, you must also submit a 2014-15 State Aids to NonPublic Students Form by October 1st, 2014.
