Bridges is a secondary special education program designed for students with developmental disabilities who are between the ages of 18 and 21. Bridges programmming offers functional and vocational focus on the acquisition of skills necessary for increased independence in the community. Program components include: Classroom Instruction, Jobs and Job Training, Home Living Experiences, Recreation and Leisure Activities, Community Based Learning Experiences |
