Children in the Anoka-Hennepin School District will have access to free meals this summer thanks to the work of the district's Child Nutrition Program (CNP), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Summer Food Service Program and community organizations.
Anoka-Hennepin will offer free meals for children ages 2 to 18, regardless of family income, at the locations listed below. Meals will be provided outside and must be eaten on site. In case of inclement weather, indoor space will be provided.
Adult meals may also be purchased for $3.50. All children are welcome at these sites; it is not necessary for the child to attend school at the host location.
Evergreen Park Elementary School

Franklin Elementary School

Free lunches will also be served Monday through Thursday from June 18 to Aug. 24 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, located at 20 Northdale Blvd. in Coon Rapids. The program is open to all children and adults. For more information, contact the church at 763-757-4459.
