meeting to order at 7:00PM

DARE was under budget; Needs and Resources paid out; Paid for Food

complete; clear backpacks in each classroom.

Adams
getting
Student Teachers this spring from Bemidji, St. Catherine’s, Bethel, and
Concordia.

Anoka-Hennepin
coming out with new logo, as well as for Adams (to make uniform).

January
was very
busy month. Report cards came home
today.

3 Types of Talent
Development:
Type I: Exploration. Sign up and
come. Destination Imagination, CE
classes, Reading clubs.
Type II: Enrichment. Love for or skill
in. Challenge Math, Science Museum, University of MN, Art
Discovery, Young Authors Conference,
Type III: In depth or extended
opportunities. Math and Reading once a week for 50 minutes, at high or
vigorous
level. Concludes with “Showcase of Excellence” program in May.
Shawna

Teacher)
Currently at Adams
have 3, 4, & 5 Grade
Reading groups, 5th Grade Math, and Interest Classes. Use MCAs, MAPs, teacher recommendations,
Parent identification, and student interest to place students. North
Suburban
Summer Academy coming this summer for Grades 2-12.
