Mississippi Elementary's 5th Annual Walk-A-Thon
This is a RAIN OR SHINE event.
All students will participate in the walk whether or not they collect donations.

Please sponsor a student for our Walk-A-Thon at Mississippi School to raise money for updating the schools computers, technology, and equipment, and to raise awareness about the importance of health and fitness.

We ask every child to set a goal of $25.00 or more in pledges. Families with more than one student may choose to collect or donate as a family.

How to get pledges?
1. Make a list of 25 people and ask them each for a dollar
2. Donate $25 
 
• Checks can be made payable to Mississippi Elementary P.T.O.
 
• Donations are tax deductible! Mississippi Elementary P.T.O. is a 501c (3) organization and we are also eligible for company matching and would be happy to submit paperwork for matched donations!
 
• Please dress your children appropriately for walking and weather conditions. Athletic shoes required please!  
 
• We NEED volunteers! Please contact Kathy Besst at 506-3537 if you can help with this event.

We want this event to be FUN for all and still raise money to help our school!
