Credit: Two trimesters/one high school  credit*

Major Outcomes:

•   Communicate about everyday topics

•   Learn basic sentence structure

•   Gain cultural awareness of Spanish speaking countries

Projects/Activities: Individual, small and  large group communicative activities  that may include alphabet, numbers,  greetings, family, clothing and school

Instructional Focus: Skill building in  speaking, listening, reading and writing
