The department is also the first-tier support (via the 506-HELP line) for community and staff with A-HConnect, voice system, and Email questions. CommTech also manages the connections (fiber, T1, DSL) for the voice and data infrastructure, as well as billing for communications systems. We are the first point of contact for voice system repair.

Identity Management starts with Sheila and Wanda, the Communications Technology account specialists. They receive information on all new employees, as well as any moves between buildings, title changes, name changes, etc., and make sure employees have needed access to voice mail, phones, email, and network servers.
They are first-tier support for all questions relating to email and phones/voice mail. In addition, they provide second-tier support for calls regarding A-HConnect.
