Champlin Park High School has received authorization to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program during the 2006-2007 school year. The IB Program originated in Europe to provide an international standard of excellence for college-bound students. IB is a deep, thought-provoking course or study. IB graduates are some of the most sought-after college students around the world.
International Baccalaureate (IB) is a rigorous program for 11th and 12th grade students interested in a pre-university course study. The IB Diploma Programme is a two-year, full-time commitment at Champlin Park High School- spaces are available for students from all Anoka-Hennepin high schools. Students do not have to be straight "A" students to qualify for IB. Students must be hard-working and dedicated to studying topics in-depth.
