This survey is part of an ongoing effort to improve student safety before and after school. We are partnering with Minnesota Department of Transportation with their Safe Routes to School Initiative along with District 11 Buildings & Grounds and Transportation, and Alta Planning Design. Please fill out this quick survey to help Northdale Middle School improve student transportation. Your responses will be kept confidential and neither your name nor your child's name will be associated with any results. For questions, please contact Julie Klund-Schubert at julie.klundschubert@anoka.k12.mn.us or 763-506-5429. Please only fill out one survey per parent/guardian. Hard copies of the survey are available in the main office. You can pick one up during conferences, too. An electronic version can be accessed by clicking on the link below. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?fromEmail=true&formkey=dHkxY3NqMjFEbmt0ay1GYzBfRXVFLXc6MQ

At Northdale, we have an electronics policy that states all electronic devices need to be put away during the school day unless you have permission from your teacher. This includes your ear buds. You need to keep your ear buds put away during the school day, not hanging around your neck. If you are seen with ear buds out, you will first be asked to put them away. If you are seen a 2nd time with them out, they will be taken to the office for the rest of the day. If this occurs a 3rd time, your parents will be notified and will need to pick them up from the office.

Please bring in books that your child/children have outgrown or have read, loved, and wish to donate to their peers. We are also looking for picture books and easy reading primary books. There will be boxes near the main office where you can place them. We will distribute them to classroom libraries where they will be available for students to check out.
Can't get to this task now? Please bring in books anytime to the office. We will gladly put them to good use.
Thank you for your continued support.
