Our Purpose
Welcome to the Anoka-Hennepin Employee Services (ES) Department!
As the largest school district in the state, we serve approximately 8,000 employees
who provide excellent and diverse educational experiences for our 40,000+ students.
We also provide point of entry services to more than 1,100 prospective employees each year,
who are anxious to join our great school community.
The Role of Employee Services
Employee Services exists to recruit, select and retain employees with the highest qualifications, diverse backgrounds and experiences and a passion for teaching and learning.
We are accountable to students, parents, and the State and Federal governing entities to provide quality educational services through the effectiveness of all our staff.
