Use print sources   Check the OPAC Destiny.   Some sources to consider include…

Print magazines are good sources for product information. Magazines such as Consumer Reports, Consumer's Digest, Kiplinger, Money, Smart Money or specific magazines on your topic will often give good product and comparison info for your evaluation.
Consumer Report's Guidebooks are available in the IMC
Catalog's and brochures are also a good source of info.

Electronic Periodical Resources Here is a terrific database (from e-resources) to use. Remember to use your login & passwords to use these remotely.  

  • Ebscohost -   Choose MAS Masterfile Premiere  (look in High School databases)  **Husky tips: #1 Type Consumer Reports in the publication field to find articles in the Consumer Reports magazine.  OR #2 Do an advanced search for any magazines by typing your topic in the first box and the word evaluation in the second box

Use the Web - Search for the company name for topic information but remember that the companies are going to have biased information to sell their product.
