Many companies make GPS systems, some do better over others though. GPS systems vary in cost because of how new there maps are. Some navigation systems are known as brand name and some not. In this paper i will tell you about 2 different companies and how they make the same Navigation system. The Tomtom and Garmin navigation systems do the same things. They both tell you where to go and are both “brand” names. Garmin and Tomtom make portable navigation systems, each make some that are bigger than others. Tomtom produces many navigation systems that vary in prices because of their size and what they can do. Tom tom makes different systems for different reasons for example they make car, bike, and phone navigation systems. They can install a GPS into your car or you can get a portable navigation system. Garmin also produces many navigation systems, they make apps for phones, installed in cars, and portable navigation systems. Garmin offers different systems for different situations. You can install addresses, stores, and sometimes restaurants that are most frequently used by you. |
