ANOKA-HENNEPIN SUMMER SUPPORT

District continues "Anoka-Hennepin Cares" 2013 card image

For some, the end of the school year also means the end of support and stability provided by the school district.

We are concerned about the safety of our students this summer, and because of that concern, the district continue its "Anoka-Hennepin Cares - Summer Support" program.

The program offers students and their families a connection with the school district during the summer months. A-H Cares staff assists students and families to find resources to help
them through difficulties they may face during the summer.

Student assistance line
This summer, if any of our students or families are struggling in some way, A-H will have a summer assistance liaison to connect them with resources in the community. If you are in immediate crisis, call 911 or Twin Cities Crisis Services at 763-755-3801.

  • Phone: 763-433-4695.
  • Hours: All summer Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
