District continues Anoka-Hennepin Cares
For some, the end of the school year also means the end of support and stability provided by the school district.

We are concerned about the safety of our students this summer, and because of that concern, the district continue its "Anoka-Hennepin Cares - Summer Support" program. 

The program offers students and their families a connection with the school district during the summer months. Anoka-Hennepin Cares staff assists students and families to find resources to help them through difficulties they may face during the summer.
