Kindergarten Star Words!

  Our goal is for students to read and write 31-40 star words by the end of Kindergarten.

List 1 Star Words:

I, a, am, at, can, go, is, me, my, see, the, to, up, we

*These words we should be able to read and write by the end of November, for Trimester 1!!

List 2 Star Words:

and, do, got, had, has, he, his, in, it, like, look, on

* We should be able to read and write these words and list 1 by the end of Februaray for Trimester 2!!

List 3 Star Words:

are, come did, for, get, have, here, him, of , play, said, she, will, you, this

* We should read and write these words plus list 1 and 2 by the end of May, for Trimester 3!!

Practice...practice...practice.... You CAN do it!!

Practice spelling, writing and reading each star word.

This will make you a stronger reader and writer in Kindergarten!
