On Our Communication, The team as a whole worked well. We all get along with one another, and we got our ideas across to one another, for the most part anyways. This was crucial to assigning specific tasks to each group member, which went smoothly, without conflict. Mostly of the time we worked independently, but on the different group components everyone worked with each other with ease and we didn’t have any disputes. In fact we actually divided individual tasks into smaller tasks to help efficiency. The only real problem we ever had was trying to pick our topic, but we agreed on one quickly.
On Our Research an Innovation, Our team learned that researching as a group can sometimes be confusing but we got through it very well as a group. We learned that when you are working together communication is vital to group research because you have to talk to one another to make sure your information is accurate and that you’re not researching the same thing. On the topic of innovation, identifying a problem was easy for our group due to our everyday encounters with problems that plague society, solving it was also simple, as the people in our group showed a lot of creativity. Three Lessons we learned, During our group project we learned three very important lessons. Firstly we learned that communication is important. It is the basis of all success because without it researchers could not inform each other of their developments or researchers tell each other about new information. That is why communication is an important learned lesson. The second lesson that we learned was to assign tasks to people who are perhaps more prepared to complete it then other team members. It was very helpful playing up each other’s strengths. The final lesson that we learned was time management. We had a very limited amount of time to complete the tasks and the components and we all worked our hardest to get the project done within the allotted time period.
