The name of our product is "Boarder Line". To make this product it will take a team of mechanical engineers to design and maintain the fence. It will have a central building that works as the system headquarters. Computer technicians will monitor the lasers on special screens and watch for activity. A factory will be needed to produce the fence and repair any damage done to the fence. The workers will be paid according to the difficulty of their job. It will take workers to place and look after the mechanical fence posts.

  One of the ever growing Universities that supports and currently offers a degree in or relating to fiber optics is Briarwood College, in the Applied Technology Division. It is an associative degree that places a strong emphasis on the theories and principles that rule the fiber optics inside of the telecommunications field. Task Three

 Develop an idea for a new science and/or engineering degree program that might emerge given the advancements in scientific knowledge that the team has identified. Provide a title and 100-word description of this new degree program.

A new degree that might arise due to our extreme advances in fiber optic communications would be known as the non visible telecommunications graduate and undergraduate program. I am sure that one of the major universities would sponsor it, perhaps even the U of M. It would have many on hand experiments, and experts teaching and explaining this huge advance in the field of telecommunications. It would be taught  in one of the most technologically advanced rooms in the USA, and many educational field trips will be offered. Many of the graduates will go on to work at the many fiber fences located all around the USA.
