BACKPACK ONLINE E-NEWSLETTER

SchoolCenter PictureBackpack Online e-newsletter delivers Anoka-Hennepin news to your email inbox.

Periodic mailings (about every other week during the school year and a couple during the summer) will keep you informed of the latest events affecting Anoka-Hennepin, our children and our community.

 Backpack Online is chock-full of district news, links to events and district publications. Each issue is sent in HTML format and features colorful graphics and photos. Click here to view the issue archives.

Backpack Online was created by Anoka-Hennepin's Communications and Public Relations Department in 2002 in an effort to provide news in an electronic format.

Since its first issue on Sept. 24, 2002, Backpack Online has become a staple for Anoka-Hennepin parents, grandparents, community members and staff in staying connected to the district.

At the start of the 2010-11 school year, Backpack Online made the jump to an HTML (HyperText Markup Language) format, which allows for links, colorful graphics and photos.

Issue content includes: School Board news, general news, Community Education news, elementary school news, middle school news and high school news. Special features, like the Superintendent's Column, student success and reaching out stories, are also included.
