Transcript Requests


 

If you have graduated within the last 5 years...

Requests should be mailed to the Counseling Office and include graduation year, full name, date of birth and where the transcript should be mailed.  Official transcripts cannot be mailed to homes.

Transcripts cost $5.00 for alumni and $3.00 for current students; this amount should be sent along with your request.
