GradingBeginning with the graduating class of 2008, the school board changed the weighted grading system. Rather than the multiplier system used for previous classes, a “value added” weighted system has been adopted for students who earn a “C” or above. There will be no cap on the number of honors classes a student may take. Both a weighted and an unweighted GPA will be produced. Following are the grade values for regular and honors courses:
