District Seniority Lists
District seniority lists for each bargaining unit are published for review and provided annually to each bargaining unit exclusive representative.

MGDPA
In compliance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (MGDPA), the Anoka-Hennepin School District #11 strives to provide appropriate access to information while maintaining the confidentiality and rights of employees and students. Pay Equity Compliance Report
Anoka-Hennepin ISD #11 submits the Pay Equity Compliance Report to the Minnesota Department of Employee Relations every three years as required by Minnesota statute. A copy of the report is posted in the email public folders and is sent to each bargaining unit exclusive representative.
