Workers' Compensation System
All Anoka-Hennepin Employees are covered under Workers' Compensation, which relates to on-the-job injuries. If you are injured on the job, it is your responsibility to report the injury immediately to your school health services or immediate supervisor, who will in turn report it to the Anoka-Hennepin Labor Relations & Benefits - Insurance Department. SFM Risk Solutions is the Anoka-Hennepin third party administrator which manages each case and administers Worker's Compensation according to Minnesota statute.
