Discrimination and Harassment Policy, Guidelines and Reporting
The Anoka-Hennepin Schools strive to maintain an environment free of sexual, racial, religious, and disability harassment and violence. All reports of sexual, racial, religious, and disability harassment or violence will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.
If you are the victim of or witness sexual, racial, religious, or disability harassment or violence, you are encouraged to follow these three steps:
1. Say "No" loudly and clearly to the harasser. This most often stops the harassment.
2. Keep a record - dates, places, times, witnesses and nature of harassment or violence.
3. Tell someone. You may choose to contact either your supervisor or Employee Services.
