The Language of Harassment policy addresses the language that creates a hostile, offensive or intimidating school environment. There are specific procedures for dealing with incidents when language is used inappropriately. Those procedures are outlined in the documents below, see links to download them.
After an investigation an administator will use his/her discretion to determine if there has been a violation of policy concerning the Language of Harassment. Along with the outlined consequences, the student will participate in an educational session using the Ripple Effects software.
