REBELS 2013 FALL SPORTS

To Register for Fall 2013 Sports:

  • Obtain and complete activity registration form (pick up in the Activities Office or click here).
  • Have a sports physical form on file in the Activities Office or present one at the time of registration (physical must have taken place within the last 3 years).  You can call the Activities Office at 763-506-6902 to check the date of your physical on file.  (Sports physical forms are available in the Activities Office or click here).

*  All required paperwork and fees must be presented together at the time of registration.  All forms and fees are to
brought to the Activities Office.  DO NOT give to your coach.  DO NOT MAIL.


FALL 2013 SPORTS BEGIN ON MONDAY, AUGUST 12

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  FRIDAY, AUGUST 9
(Football players must register by Thursday, August 1 to receive uniform & equipment)

The Activities Office opens Monday, July 29

Fall Sport Registration Begins July 29 and ends August 9

Registration Hours:  7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.  Monday – Friday

 

Evening Registration Hours:

FOOTBALL ONLY:
Wednesday, July 24 – 4:00 – 6:45 p.m. and after Player/Parent Meeting

ALL SPORTS:
Tuesday, August 6 – 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Wednesday, August 7 – 4:00 – 6:45 p.m. and after Player/Parent Meeting

Thursday, August 8 – 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.

TIP:
To avoid waiting in a long line to register, come in early.
Don’t wait until Thursday, August 8, or Friday, August 9, to register.

Fee Assistance:

The activity fee will be waived if the student qualifies for free lunch through the Anoka-Hennepin Child Nutrition Program.  The activity fee will be reduced 50% if the student qualifies for reduced lunch. 

Fall Athletic Parent-Player Meetings

FOOTBALL:  Wednesday, July 24, at 7:00 p.m.

ALL OTHER SPORTS:  Wednesday, August 7, at 7:00 p.m.

Both meetings will be in the CPHS Auditorium

 

Athlete Parent-Player Meeting:

The athletic parent-player meetings will include general information, a presentation by our Activities Director, Matt Mattson, and specific team information and handouts.

FALL MARCHING BAND - 2013

 

To Register for Fall 2013 Marching Band:

  • Obtain and complete activity registration form (pick up in the Activities Office or click here).

    • PLEASE NOTE:  The physical form referred to above is the MSHSL Sports Physical form.  It is a different form than the band’s medical form. 

 

  • Pay the $240 Anoka Hennepin district activity fee.

 

All required paperwork and fees must be presented together at the time of registration.  All forms and fees are to be brought to the Activities Office.  DO NOT give to your director.  DO NOT put it in the band box.  DO NOT MAIL.
