Room Parties

The room parties for the 2012-2013 school year will be as follows:

Fall Party - Tuesday, October 30th for B day kindergarten.  Wednesday, October 31st for A day kindergarten,  Kindergarten X and grades 1-5.

Winter Party - Thursday, December 20th for B day kindergarten & Kindergarten X.  Friday, December 21st for A day kindergarten and grades 1-4.

Valentine - Tuesday, February 12th for B day kindergarten.  Wednesday, February 13th for A day kindergarten. Thursday, February 14th for Kindergarten X and grades 1-3 & 5. 

Party times will be from 2:30PM-3:30PM for all grade levels except 1st grade.  First grade will have their Fall & Valentine parties from 1:15-2:15 and their winter party from 1PM-2PM.

Each classroom needs at least one Head Parent/Contact (or Co-Contact) to coordinate the party activities, contact volunteers and manage room party funds. Remember room parties are considered a volunteer activity and therefore any parent who attends a room party must have a volunteer application form and criminal history release form on file for this school year atleast 2 weeks in advance of the party. If you are unsure if you have completed your volunteer forms for this year, please contact me immediately and I can let you know.
