Our fall Book Fair will be held during fall conferences. Help is needed in the following areas:
- Set Up - Five to six volunteers are needed to set up our fall book fair on Thursday, October 4th starting at 8:15AM. Set up should take no longer than an hour.
- Book fair Sales - Volunteers are needed to cashier, assist customers and straighten materials during evening conferences on October 8th, 9th and 11th. Shift times are 4PM-5:45PM, 5:45PM-7:30PM & 7:30PM-9PM each night. Two volunteers are needed per shift.
- Take Down- Four volunteers are needed on Monday, October 15th to take down the book fair. The taken down will be from 8:30AM-9:15AM.
Volunteers will be needed to help at our fall book fair taking place in mid-October. Help is needed to set up, sell merchandise and maintain the books and displays during the book fair and clean up. Watch for more information to be coming shortly!
