APTCO is looking for nominations for the following officer positions: Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. Position descriptions and approximate time commitments are listed below. Each position is a one-year term and nominations will be accepted until May 15, 2013.  A slate of candidates will be preseted at the May APTCO meeting and members in attendance will vote for next years officers. Vice-Chair ~ shall act as aide to the chairperson and shall perform the duties of the chairperson in the absence or inability of that officer to serve. Commitment is approximately 5 hours a month.

Secretary ~ shall record and distribute the minutes of the meetings and be responsible for other correspondence of APTCO. The secretary will also monitor the groups email account and work to keep the website up to date. Commitment is approximately 5 hours a month.

Treasurer ~ shall attend District treasurer meetings, shall receive all the money of the APTCO, shall keep an accurate record of receipts and expenditures, and shall pay funds in accordance with the approved budget and other miscellaneous bills as authorized by the APTCO. The treasurer, in cooperation with a budget committee, shall develop a preliminary budget to shared with the APTCO membership at the November meeting. The treasurer shall present a financial statement at every APTCO meeting and at other times when requested by APTCO. The treasurer's accounts shall be examined annually by an auditing committee. The auditing committee will be appointed by the membership at the May meeting. Commitment is approximately 10-15 hours a month.
