Welcome to our home page. I hope you find the information helpful in learning more about our wonderful school. Ramsey is a large, 42 classroom school. The building classroom design has open, flexible spaces, ideally suited for teaming. The school also has specially designed teaching spaces with specialized teachers in art, music, physical education, and media.

Our media center includes over 22,000 volumes. Ramsey is also the center-base for the MSI special education program for moderate to severely impaired students from eight neighboring elementary schools. Our school site is just over 60 acres which includes our Environmental Learning Area (ELA). The school is viewed as the center of the community and we are proud of the involvement through the community education program and high facility use outside the school day.

Our PTA is an important organization that strongly supports our building goals and mission statement. I'm looking forward to a terrific year at Ramsey School Even though the building is large, we take pride in making each student feel welcome and in providing a safe,warm, and caring environment where student learning is our top priority. My goal as principal of Ramsey is to help create an atmosphere where students love to learn. I believe that if children are in a place where they are loved and respected, they will thrive. I also believe that the school and family are partners in education.
