Fitness/Skill Testing will take place the second day of try-outs

12 minute Ironwoman: How many laps can you run in 12 minutes?

Husky Challenge Run: How many can you get (up to 10) in under 35 seconds, with a 30 second rest time between each? (Five cones will be set up 5 yards apart for a total of 25 yards distance. Start at end line, sprint to the first cone (5 yards) touch it and turn at speed back to the end line and then turn and go to the next cone (10 yards) and continue until all cones have been touched.
Juggling Challenge: How many consecutive juggles can you get with your feet only in 5 minutes? You can keep the ball in the air with other parts of your body, but only count juggles with your feet.
2 mile run: run the course, where will you finish?
