Register online at fpitesters.com or fill out a taste test application and send it to school with your child. Food Perspectives will contact you and set up a taste test. You will receive $25 - $35 every time you participate in a taste test and AMS is credited with $10 ($15 for the first taste test for online applicants).  Click below to download a Taste Test Application.
