The In the Know (ITK) e-newsletter folder provides district staff with PDF copies of district news, retirement announcements, events, etc.
How do I get a retirement announcement in ITK? Who do I send it to and what information do I need to include?
If your retirement event is open to all district staff...
Email
it to
Courtney Markuson in PDF format (for those who've created an invite or flier) or just
email
her the event details at least
three weeks before the R.S.V.P. date.
Be sure to include event date, time, location (including street address), cost, etc. and make sure names are spelled correctly. You can create a PDF in Microsoft Word by opting to "Save as a PDF" when you are printing the item. If you need assistance in creating a PDF, contact your building's technology staff member.
Send your event info as soon as you can...
To ensure you get your event in the next ITK issue and give staff enough time to R.S.V.P., if applicable. ITK issues are typically sent every other week. Staff can view the current year ITK issue archives

to see when the last issue was sent.
